The pot works and cleans up well. Although it’s set out in the fuller item description (if you click through to it – it’s not entirely obvious and easily missed), the package includes a perforated inset and trivet.

Without you excelent reveiws I would have missed out in one fantastic product. I’m glad that I bought the larger 8.5ltr pot as I do a lot of soups.
The only negative is not having a good manual, I am new to pressure cooking and need some good guidence and recipies. I have purchase one book but found the receipies flat. If anyone can recommend a few good UK books specially for beginners and a large recipie book or web site that would be teriffic.
Overall I would recommend this to anyone, so much so, that I know my daughters house warming gift already!
