Great Griddle Pan,
Quality pan, best you’ll find at the price and not too heavy like cast iron. Easy to clean, heats evenly, cooks very well so long as you do! A bit small for two big rump steaks, but will fit two big sirloins!

After this item arrived, I saw an almost identical item for sale at half the price in the local factory shop, but I was too idle to return my purchase to Amazon. Was it worth paying the premium for Raymond Blamc’s endorsement? I’ll never know, but I doubt it. After all, it’s just a pan!
