I bought my Analon 24cm hard anodized frying pan back in 1999 and it has only now started to stick where the non stick surface has been scratched, my own fault for using metal tools occasionally.
However it says a lot for the pan that it has taken a lot of abuse in its time and I am replacing it with another one of the same.
Its spreads the heat evenly and cooks superbly on a very low heat.Ive only used it on a Gas hob but my friend has a ceramic halogen hob and uses a 20cm version on it with very pleasing results.

Not a lot to say, just that it’s a BRILLIANT pan.

If you never buy another top class pan for your kitchen do try these.I have two so far and can only reccommend the range of kitchen ware as one if not the best I have ever used.Do try
